Cancellation and Booth Size Change Penalties

Period	Penalties (VAT excluded)
From the Date of Application until 90 days Before the Exhibition	50% of the Total Participation Fee
From 90 Days to 31 Days Before the Exhibition	70% of the Total Participation Fee
Within 30 Days Before the Exhibition	100% of the Total Participation Fee

※ If an exhibitor cancels its participation or reduces its booth size after submitting the application form, the applicable cancellation penalty must be paid to the Organizer within 15 days of the cancellation.
Any participation fees already paid will be deducted from the penalty amount. If the amount paid is insufficient, the exhibitor must pay the outstanding balance; if there is an excess, the difference will be refunded.
